Warranty Items:
1. Before use the products, please read “Users Manual” carefully.
2. During 3 month exchange period, if the customer discovers defect, WinYork will replace the defective product at no charge to the customer with the transportation charges prepaid, to our Hong Kong branch.
3. During 1 year repair period, we provide repair service at no charge with the transportation charges prepaid to our Hong Kong branch.
4. After 1 year’s warranty period, we provide repair service with the proper charge according to the product.
5. The returned product must be properly packaged in order to obtain warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions:
1. Out of warranty periods.
2. Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect.
3. Damage caused during installation.
4. Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by WinYork.
5. Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging.
